FYT and getfyt.co are operated by wait, what. AG (Switzerland).

FYT is a psychometric platform for personality assessments, professional growth, and matching. We combine validated instruments (e.g. Big Five, HEXACO, DiSC, MBTI, and additional measures where the science supports it) into a Soft Skill DNA profile you own. You control what you share, with whom, and for how long. FYT is not a generic social network.

The product is developed in Zürich; infrastructure is designed with Swiss data protection and EU-facing compliance in mind. FYT is not a medical device and not a clinical diagnostic service — we are explicit about the limits of what self-report instruments can tell you. For health concerns, work with a qualified professional.
