How we apply them

Validated instruments are only as good as how they're applied. We work with academic advisors in psychometrics and organizational psychology to make sure scoring is transparent, results are reported with appropriate uncertainty, and the interface doesn't lie about what the data can do.
What we don't claim
FYT is not a medical device.
Not a diagnostic tool.
We're building toward something more — auditable data, clinical-grade exports, the long road to medical certification. We'll tell you when we get there. We won't pretend before we do.
